There's a difference between mixing a song and getting the opportunity to mix a song in a great studio in Europe. Me and 5 others were invited by school, amongst 50 to 60 audio students I guess, for a tour and mixing session at the 301 Studio (Black Eyed Peas, BSB, Robbie Williams and many others) in Cologne. During the tour, we heard we were gonna mix a demo version (without his vocals) of Let Me Entertain You by Robbie Williams on the SSL 4000. How awesome is that!
The resident of 301 Studios was quite impressed by all of us, mixing and knowledge wise. This was a fantastic experience..
I want to thank SAE Rotterdam (Maurice and Andy in particular) and 301 Studios Cologne for this magnificent experience.
